В статье раскрывается взаимосвязь безопасности и энергии за счет использования результатов различных исследований и подходов к анализу содержания энергетической безопасности. Автором отмечается, что участники энергетических отношений по-разному трактуют содержание энергетической безопасности, что создает дополнительные трудности для сотрудничества. Экономические, политические, техногенные и экологические риски, а также неравномерное ресурсное обеспечение источниками энергии ведут к необходимости определения общих взаимоприемлемых стратегий кооперации в деле решения проблем энергетической безопасности.

The article covers the interrelations between energy and security through using the results of various studies and approaches to the analysis of the essence of energy security. The author underlines that the actors of energy relations differently interpret the content of energy security that creates additional difficulties for cooperation. Economic, policy, technological and environmental risks as well as uneven resource providing leads to the need of having mutual acceptable cooperation strategies in the solution of problems of energy security.
