Миграционная политика КНР как инструмент «мягкого» влияния в мире
Аннотация
Экономическая модернизация Китая совпала с процессом глобализации, информационной революцией и растущим потоком международной миграции, тем самым предоставляя новые возможности и создавая новые проблемы для авторитарного правительства КНР. Устаревшая миграционная система страны стала препятствием на пути к распространению «мягкого» влияния за рубеж. На этой волне руководство КНР приняло решение реформировать миграционную систему с целью привлечения в страну высококвалифицированных специалистов, противодействия нелегальной миграции и повышения эффективности своей «мягкой силы».
