The legal state and the democracy: the European vision
Abstract
Foreign political and legal experts are actively discussing a problem of the legal state in the XXI century. The key reason for that is in the USA attempts to restore the individual leadership, to extend the jurisdiction practically for the whole world and to achieve replacement of public institutes of the power and economy by rather private ones, first of all, multinational corporations. In this article some current problems which are actively discussed in the European Union countries are considered.
