The role of the U.S. expert community in the “reset” of the Cuban - American relations
Abstract
The article is dedicated to the analysis of the U.S. current foreign policy towards Cuba. Special attention is devoted to the influence of the US think tanks on making a decision for the re-establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Moreover, the author examines the role of Cuban-American lobby in the U.S.-Cuban relations for recent years as well as its influence on the “reset” process.
