Система международной безопасности XXI в.: поиск приемлемой теоретической модели

Аннотация
Статья раскрывает содержание международной безопасности с точки зрения различных теоретических концепций и возможности построения устойчивой модели безопасности в постбиополярном мире. Анализируя закономерности формирования принципов международной безопасности, автор пытается определить, какие из ее теоретических концепций наиболее приемлемы в современных условиях и могут наилучшим образом способствовать преодолению турбулентности и неопределенностей мировой политики. Новизна исследования состоит в критическом осмыслении основных теоретических концепций безопасности и выявлении модели, которая бы отражала практический опыт прошлых десятилетий и учитывала интересы России.
