Abstract
The article considers the formation of real humanism ideology engendered by a new social reality which the humanity enters in the XXI century. It is emphasized that in the context of this new reality a brand new Subject of the world history is being formed. There is a need to develop a new philosophical paradigm, which main imperative can be formulated as follows: “the Anthropomorphization of Man and his Habitat”. The “anthropomorphization” in latinised terminology of nowadays world social and political theory means nothing but the “humanization”.

The article is devoted to the military and technical cooperation between Russia and the Entente during the World War I. It explores the problems of cooperation with key partners, examines the organizational structure of supply and the effect of transport limitations on its scope and effectiveness. Special attention is given to the periodicity of the basic stages of development in military-technical cooperation in 1914-1917 and to the contribution of allied supplies to the military efforts of Russia in the First World War.

Abstract
The article defines International festivals of youth and students as one of the important tools of public (national) diplomacy. Through the example of three International festivals - I (Prague, 1947), VI (Moscow,1957) and XII (Moscow, 1985) the article describes and analyzes the forms and methods of youth work in order to develop a common positionin relation to the lessons of World War II in the struggle for peaceand international cooperation. It shows how International festivals contributed to the formation of a positive image of the USSR in difficult circumstances of the Cold War and promoted efforts in the fight against wars and aggressions for friendship, social justice and equality.

Abstract
Using a variety of factual data the author studies children population of Russia and Europe in the 1990-2000s. The population and age composition of children, as well as particular types of households with children under the age of 18, including alternative households are examined and the complexities of the relationship between parents and children are revealed. The article also explores the problems of orphans and children left without parental care and it shows the most common ways of placement of these children in Russia and Europe. The author looks into the problem of finding new forms and changing outdated forms.
