Abstract
The article analyzes the nature and results of the social and political activity of members of the monarchist movement in 1905, grouped around the general’s E.V. Bogdanovich salon. Particular attention is paid to projects of measures to counter the revolutionary movement, which were worked out by some of them, mainly by B.V. Nikolskiy. Based on the involvement of archival materials, first introduced in the scientific revolution, it is concluded that the conservative model of counter revolutionary movement did not succeeded among the authority in 1905.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of desertion in the course of the Russian revolution of 1917. The work is based on new archival documents, which were first attracted to scientific research. The main object is the causes, forms, dynamics of manifestations of desertion in the army units at the front and in the rear. The subject of the analysis is the influence of desertion development on the combat capability of the army and the development of the revolutionary movement within the country, the effectiveness of the struggle of the military leadership with the help of “democratic” methods with this kind of military crime. The author comes to the conclusion that the military authorities failed to use effectively both ideological and legal measures, including “revolutionary courts”, against desertion, which turned into an important factor in the disintegration of the army and the deepening of the revolution.

The article analyzes the note “The Moscow Psychological Institute since World War I and the interruption of communication with America” by the philosopher, psychologist and organizer of psychological science G.I. Tschelpanow (which was found in the Department of Manuscripts of the Russian State Library in Moscow); the fact of Russian-American scientific correspondence by George I. Tschelpanow and Edward B. Titchener and the historical circumstances of these documents.

Abstract
The article considers the ideas of the Mexican philosopher, educator and statesman José Vasconcelos (1882–1959), about the problem of Indian education in Post-Revolutionary Mexico. The period following the Mexican revolution was marked by radical political and sociocultural changes in the country that were necessary to create a unified Mexican nation. The ideological base of educational and cultural projects was developed by prominent Mexican philosophers and professors, among which a special place occupied by José Vasconcelos.

Abstract

The Islamic revolution in Iran that took place in 1979 constituted the 1st attempt to build a state on the religious principles rather than secular ones. Over the years the country succeeded in preserving its ideology, one element of which was a creation of the desired image of the revolution in the collective consciousness. An answer to the following questions is of serious scientific interest: what exactly is an implementation of this image in the country’s political life? And how is this implementation effected?

Abstract
This paper offers a first study of the image of Russia as it is presented in the political aspect of the Japanese new new religious movement Kofuku-no Kagaku. Since it is a newcomer in the religious landscape of Russia the paper briefly introduces main points of its doctrine. In this study, we analyze writings of Okawa Ryuho, the founder of Kofukuno Kagaku, to trace creating the image of Russia. It is created on the ground of Kofuku-no Kagaku theoretical points to offer solutions to foreign and domestic problems in Japan.

Abstract
Fragmentation of scientific discourse and the relative status of professional scientific communities characterize modern post-nonclassical model of socio-humanitarian knowledge development, which is formed in the paradoxical situation of many perpetrated by “scientific revolutions”. The concept and categorical apparatus of science and of scientific knowledge by T. Kuhn gives an opportunity to analyze the meaning and content of the results obtained “communicative turn” and the “communicative revolution” in humanitarian cognition. From the standpoint of the emerging communicatologists discourse in the article the attempt of the modern reading and the “Gestalt shift” in the perception of the concept of the famous American philosopher.

Even more importantly is that they are being waged not only in the academic field but in public and political spheres as well. All this has changed the social role of historical knowledge and influenced the content of historical science.

Abstract
The article is devoted to various theoretical and methodological approaches to the interpretation of interest groups as an object of research. Compares the concept of a pluralist theory of interest groups, public choice theory (M. Olson), communitarians and social capital theorists, the conclusions of T. Parsons and O. Williamson. A comparison of approaches demonstrates the necessity and the prospects of methodological synthesis in the analysis of the phenomenon of interest groups. New scientific knowledge can be the result of this synthesis, not requiring new paradigmatic revolutions.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of political and communicative interaction between the state and society, as well as the formation and use of political and communicative practices in Russia in the period from 2000–2010. The author connects the development of the political and communicative sphere with the formation of civil society in the country, notes the importance and key role of state communications in the process of strategic design, creating a platform for public dialogue. The article is also dedicated to the role of social networks as alternative and independent sources of information and means of expressing public opinion.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the messages of the President to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in 2000–2001. The author suggests that a qualitative change in the legal discourse is the inclusion of a new type of sources of law in the form of strategic planning documents. This observation allows the author to look at the documents in question in a new capacity. The article contains an analysis of key topics of the President’s messages to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in 2000–2001. And allows to judge the political and legal trajectory of the development of the Russian Federation.

Abstract
The paper investigates the nature of instructional communication comparing conditions of learning a foreign language, on the one hand, and a native one, on the other, The potential product of both processes is meaning which, in case with communication in a native language, is being born, discussed, accepted or declined right at the moment of communication, and in case with instructional communication, meaning is a kind of reflection to a communicative act being realized after its completion.

Abstract
Last decades have witnessed a remarkable surge of interest in enhancing international cooperation on radiation safety. Special attention is paid to the interaction with relevant international organizations that are dealing with these issues. This paper seeks to consider the key IAEA activities in radiation safety as well as to analyze the main aspects of the cooperation between the Russian Federation and the IAEA in the abovementioned field. The first section emphasizes on IAEA programme areas of work in radiation safety; the second one examines the key activities of the relevant cooperation between the Russian side and the Agency.

Abstract
The article covers the interrelations between energy and security through using the results of various studies and approaches to the analysis of the essence of energy security. The author underlines that the actors of energy relations differently interpret the content of energy security that creates additional difficulties for cooperation. Economic, policy, technological and environmental risks as well as uneven resource providing leads to the need of having mutual acceptable cooperation strategies in the solution of problems of energy security.
